Harbour Trees Beach Club UPDATE!

Morse Lake Information & News

Lakeside construction Update - 11/8/11

I’m going to go ahead and let you know that if you can’t find me next summer, I’m probably poolside at the new Harbour Trees Beach Club! I stopped in the other day to pick up a few informational flyers on the Beach Club to hand out at lake front listings & had the opportunity to hear a little more about the facility!

The Beach Club will be located on Morse Lake just south of the Waterscape Condo’s. The idea of the beach club is to appeal to the “lake community” – a casual setting right on Morse Lake! Our family is most excited about the swimming pool – which will be accessible via boat (the club will have docks for member use). The facility will also feature a casual restaurant/bar area – surrounded by glass doors which will be open on nice days to allow the fresh air in! Just outside the restaurant/bar area is a separate snack bar – for the kids to grab a bite between swims! The swimming pool has been slightly changed from its original design to accommodate swim meets – so look for a swim team as well.

Restaurant/Bar Area - Under construction 11/8/11

The facility has a very upscale feel –marble, tile, granite – and the wood ceilings… breathtaking!  You feel as if you’re at a very upscale resort! This is such an exciting development for Morse Lake! No other lake in the area (that’s right Geist…) has a facility that is even in the ballpark!

The club also features a workout facility, wedding pavilion, tennis courts with observation deck and lakeside fire pit.

This Beach Club is in addition to the existing Golf Club – which features an 18-hole championship quality golf course designed by renowned architect Pete Dye. The Clubhouse also features some of the best food in Hamilton County as well as many adult & kids activities – Kids Halloween Party, Breakfast with Santa, Mother’s Day Brunch, Champagne Brunch, New Year’s Eve Party, Easter Egg Hunt, Valentine’s Sweetheart Dance, St. Patty’s Party, Margaritaville Cookout, etc…

A membership is also deeded to your home (after you have been a member for 3 years) – a nice little extra “perk” when selling your home! Especially in the future when there is a long wait list to become a member.

So the big question – cost.
