There are 4 East Harbour Neighborhoods – East Harbour, East Harbour II, East Harbour III and East Harbour Pointe. The East Harbour neighborhoods are unique in that almost all of the homes are waterfront.
East Harbour – The original East Harbour neighborhood began construction around 1980. The neighborhood starts at Morse Park and covers the eastern shoreline of the lake north through the eastern shore of the “party cove” area. The neighborhood is accessed from Hague Rd to Dakota Drive – the neighborhood is not visible from Hague Rd.Click here to see the East Harbour Neighborhood covenants
East Harbour II- East Harbour II neighborhood began construction in the early/mid 1980′s. The neighborhood goes south from Carrigan Rd with all homes on Edgewater Drive. There are a small number of non-lakefront homes in East Harbour II. The neighborhood ends just before the causeway leading to the point.Click here to see the East Harbour II Neighborhood covenants
East Harbour III – East Harbour III neighborhood began construction in the mid 1980′s – with some newer homes mixed in. The neighborhood goes north from Carrigan Rd with all homes on Edgewater Drive.
East Harbour Pointe – East Harbour Pointe began construction in the mid 1990′s. East Harbour Pointe includes the homes on the western edge of the “party cove” area and includes the homes around the end of the point.
