Harbour Trees Golf & Beach Club Announces Expansion!

Morse Lake Information & News

The boats are winterized, but that does not mean that all news is bad news around Morse Lake here in Noblesville!

“Selling” Morse Lake to buyers has never been difficult – excellent schools, parks, lakeside dining, affordable homes, exceptional communities in Nobleville & Cicero – but the Morse Lake sales pitch just got even easier…

Harbour Trees Golf & Beach Club here in Noblesville just officially announced their expansion plans for 2011! The exciting expansion plans include a Bar & Grill, 90’x40’ swimming pool, spa and kid’s pool, poolside clubhouse, tennis courts, workout facilities, outdoor wedding & event venue overlooking Morse Lake, boat dock & boardwalk – all for the exclusive use of Harbour Trees Members! “Deeded Memberships” are available – which means you can transfer your membership with the sale of your home! Great news for Morse Lake Real Estate- add value to your lake home!

The Sheets family is working on our application now! We do love floating to Wolfies in the summer, but look forward to another destination on the lake that is accessible by boat! I’m sure the kids (and Mom & Dad) will enjoy the pool next summer…and maybe a few margaritas too?

Here are is a sketch – taken from the Harbour Trees Golf & Beach Club brochure – to show the new facility. Check out their website OR Facebook (www.facebook.com/harbourtrees) or call/email Bobbi for more details – 877-3612 Bobbi@HarbourTrees.com

In other Morse Lake news, we are excited to now have up to date water level information for Morse, Geist & Eagle Creek available right on our Sold By Sheets website! Check the water level, dam height & dam valve status – updated daily! It is pouring down rain @ Morse Reservoir as I type – so hopefully that water level will go up soon!

A good tip from our friends at the Morse Waterways Association – It’s a good idea to label your belongings with your dock # – as the water levels go back up this winter many things (canoes, kayaks, boats, dock floats, etc…) tend to run away from home. By quickly marking things with your dock number, you can be assured they will be returned!

Also a reminder to check out our homepage – we have a direct link to see all homes for sale on Morse Lake!

Exciting things happening for Morse Lake  – come and join in the lake living fun!

Amanda
