Wanted: Noblesville Home with Fenced Yard!

Morse Lake Information & News

Some head to Florida for spring break to sip Margaritas and dip their toes in the sand, while some of us stay in Noblesville and take in a foster dog. Not exactly the exotic spring break I was hoping for, but getting away in the spring when you’re in real estate is kind of like Santa planning a Caribbean vacation in December….just not gonna happen.

We got involved with a central Indiana Lab rescue group – LOLIN (Love of Labs Indiana) and filled out a foster application. We’ve been interested in adopting a dog, so I thought helping out over spring break was a perfect way to “test” the world of dog ownership. We were asked to watch a beautiful 1 year old black lab named, Lacie. Lacie came to us full of puppy energy – ready to run and play! Let’s just say, I have now realized why so many of our clients insist on a fenced backyard when buying a new home. I used to think clients were a little crazy for buying a home just for the 6’ privacy fence, but after the mile long dog chase through our neighborhood…I completely understand!

Please take a moment to pass this on to your dog loving friends and fill out an application to either foster or adopt a lab – so many dogs are desperate for the forever home they deserve. Take a close look at our friend, Lacie we would love nothing more than to find her a good forever home (and count on us coming to visit)!
