The kids have started full day school (KG & 1st grade) which begins a new chapter in my life! I’m excited to be working full time on the Sold By Sheets team. The most FAQ lately is— “Amanda, Are you going to get your real estate license now that the kids are in school?” A great question!

At this time, I’m going to keep focusing on my strengths—technology, marketing, website & social media. With my previous experience in the IT world, this is a natural fit for me. Since launching our website— soldbysheets.com last fall we have seen a drastic increase in our business and at this point see over 40,000 page views on our website per month! We firmly believe we bring more value to our customers with each of us focusing on our strengths. (Trust me—Andy is the one you want negotiating a deal for you!)

I do “tag along” for showings, listing appointments, previews and listen in on negotiations—to ensure my real estate knowledge is fresh. I use that knowledge to discover the best ways to market and promote homes for sale, attract new buyers & grow our business …and leave the negotiating to the expert! Real estate dominates the majority of the conversations between us—hence our newsletter name- “Between the Sheets”. We truly enjoy working together and with the many clients we have the opportunity serve!
