Should I Sell My Home During COVID-19?

Morse Lake Real Estate and Waterfront Homes

Think about this… What do many buyers have a lot of right now that they don’t typically have?

Time to talk to an agent.
Time to discuss budget with a lender.
Time to sit on the couch in their jammies and google search Noblesville Homes for Sale and Morse Lake Homes for Sale
Time to drive around neighborhoods.
Time to stalk homes online and look at the photos over and over and over.
Buyers have time to HOUSE HUNT!

Andy Sheets showing a home in Noblesville during COVID-19

I have buyers looking. I’ve shown homes in person and virtually. We wear masks and gloves and stay an appropriate distance from each other. Showings 1 group at a time. Closings are all curb side (everyone in their own vehicle). We are safely navigating the real estate industry.

I scheduled a showing on a new listing yesterday and was fortunate to grab a 1 hour window for the showing. There were so many agents trying to schedule showings, it was difficult to even get a 1 hour showing time!

Think about what the world is going to look like when we resume normal activities. Buyers will be back to work.

Back to taking the kids to practice.
Back to spending their Saturdays in gyms and fields watching tournaments and meets and games. Back to longer days at work catching up from the time away.
Back to running errands, going to missed appointments and babysitting the Grandkids.

Their desire to look at a house will be squeezed into playing catch up and the hustle and bustle of life.

If you are interested in listing/selling your home NOW, give me a call. I’m here to help you safely navigate the buying and selling process!
