Home sales on Morse Lake are on the rise for 2012 and the Sold By Sheets team is excited for what is certain to be a record setting year for the
Indiana real estate market. According to the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS first quarter pending sales are UP 14.5% and closed sales are UP 18%! (Inventory is down 11%!) Those are HUGE numbers & good news for everyone – not just those in the real estate industry!
Those numbers are impressive, but 2012 numbers on Morse Lake are even better!
- 20 Homes/Condo’s have sold (closed) on Morse Lake in 2012
- 14 Homes/Condo’s are currently pending (accepted offers)
- Compare this to 1 year ago – only 9 homes had sold on the lake by May 1st
January – May1st home sales on Morse Lake have DOUBLED in 2012 compared to a year ago at this time!
