It’s no secret that home values on Morse Lake have continued to rise—and the numbers prove it. I wrote a post in Fall 2023 analyzing the top five highest-priced sales on Morse from 2018 through early November 2023. A lot has happened since then, so it’s time for an update!
And yes… values are still trending up.
In fact, the most expensive sale on the lake in 2018 would tie for 16th in 2024. That tells you everything you need to know about the direction this market is heading.
Is it a good time to buy on Morse?
Absolutely. Morse continues to be one of the most desirable places to live in Hamilton County—and growth isn’t slowing down. Waterfront living, strong community, and limited inventory make Morse a fantastic long-term investment.
Is it a good time to sell on Morse?
Also yes. A decade ago, there were 50+ homes and condos for sale at any given time. I remember the days of spending the entire day showing clients homes on the lake. These days? We’re lucky to see 5 on the market. Low inventory + strong demand = great news for sellers.
